An automated confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your order.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. All orders will be processed within 2-3 days, subject to availability and payment verification.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information. All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.
All orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return.
A full refund will be issued upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
If Fabio Caviglia determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
